Complete Renovations & Remodels
Whether it’s a full house rehab, full exterior rehab or re-configuring an existing floor plan to better fit your needs, Medomak Construction can be your one stop shop for your renovation needs. From design to completion, we hire and manage all plumbers, electricians, etc. Renovations and remodels are known to be chaotic and stressful, especially if the client plans to live in the home during the project. We make the process simple, giving you one point of contact for any questions or requests once the project begins. Your project manager will manage all sub trades, answer any and all questions and concerns, as well as discuss any changes you may want to make, allowing you to relax. Worrying about scheduling, progress and completion is our job!
Passive House Construction
Sustainable design is important to maintaining our non-renewable energy resources, while creating a healthy living environment for our clients. The Passive House concept is to minimize air leakage that is 500% tighter than standard building code. By doing this we can mechanically ventilate the home while filtering out pollen and other harmful contaminants. By air sealing your home, we are also able to reduce heat loss during winter months, and with added insulation above and beyond code requirements, a potential 90% savings on energy costs annually. Passive Houses of course can have luxury finishes just like our traditional custom homes. Kitchen Remodels
The kitchen is the heart of every home and everyone has a different idea for their own dream kitchen. We design and work with third party kitchen designers to bring your vision to reality. Whether it’s increase your kitchen size due to a growing family or making it more luxurious to update your home. Medomak Construction has worked with cabinet companies such as Plato, Kabinart, Yorktowne, Wolf, Omega, Medallion, and we also offer our own custom cabinetry. We look at all details before starting your project, everything from outlets and lighting, to tile backsplash and crown molding. We want to make sure we discuss every detail so the execution can be breathtaking!
Bathroom Remodels
Bathrooms are a crucial part of any home. They are a space where we all get some peace and quiet from the outside world. There are many decking and rail manufacturers, but they are not all made equal. Leave it to us to determine what options you have to fit your budget and design vision. We are certified installers of Trex decking & rails (shown in photo), TimberTech decking and Azek decking & rails. We also work frequently with companies like Atlantis Rail and Wild Hog Railing.
